Beyond Trivia is Above & Beyond Events’ hosted live trivia experience for corporate events, fundraisers, schools, and socials across Saskatoon, Regina and the Prairie Provinces. Your guests form teams, our host runs the show, and the room fills with the kind of friendly rivalry that turns colleagues and classmates into teammates for a night.
How Beyond Trivia Works
1. Teams form at tables or in groups – an instant icebreaker for corporate or school events where not everyone knows each other.
2. Each group gets a trivia booklet and pen
3. Our host runs multiple rounds of questions across categories like general knowledge, music, movies, sports and Saskatchewan favourites.
4. All questions are projected on a screen provided by us as well as through a sound system.
5. Between rounds, we play music to keep the energy high, which gives teams a few minutes to look back at their previous answers.
6. At the end of the final round, each team passes their booklet to another team, and then the host goes over the answers.
7. Prizes can then be awarded to the top team or top 3 teams.

How many people can play?
Beyond Trivia is built for groups of 20 to 2,000. Teams usually play in groups of 5-8, and everyone plays at the same time.
How long does it go for?
Beyond Trivia is estimated to run for 45 minutes. Time can vary slightly depending on group size and participation.
How much space is needed?
We need enough room for a projector, screen and 6-foot table.
What does Above and Beyond Events supply?
We provide all audio/visual equipment including speakers, stands, microphone, projector, and projector screen along with the host and computer assistant. If your venue already has a screen, we can use that as well!
Can you customize questions for the group?
Yes! We can adapt the entire multiple- choice round to personalize and fit your event.
Is it clean and appropriate for work or school?
Absolutely. Questions and hosting are family- and workplace-friendly, and we match the tone of your audience.
