Can you plan corporate Christmas parties?
Yes. Corporate Christmas and holiday parties are one of the major event types Above & Beyond Events works with. We can assist with planning, entertainment, vendors, timelines, and event-day coordination.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. Depending on your planning package, we can help research suitable venues and coordinate with the selected venue.
Can you provide the entertainment too?
Yes. Above & Beyond Events offers casino parties, game shows, trivia, bingo, DJs, magicians, hypnotists, photo booths, and other entertainment options.
Do you offer event-day coordination?
Yes. If you have already planned your event but want someone to manage the schedule, vendors and event-day details, event-day coordination can be booked separately.
Do we have to use Above & Beyond entertainers?
No. Event planning can include coordination with outside vendors as well. We work with many great entertainers across the province! However, clients often choose Above & Beyond services because of the quality it provides and it also helps consolidate and make things easier for the client.

How far in advance should we hire an event planner?
The earlier the better for larger events, particularly during busy holiday and wedding seasons. However, availability varies and we may also be able to assist with events already in progress.
Can you take over an event we’ve already started planning?
Yes. Partial planning is ideal for clients who have already booked some vendors or made some decisions but want professional help finishing the planning process.
Will the planner attend our event?
Event-day attendance depends on the planning package selected. Full-service and event-day coordination packages can include an on-site planner.
